You will support dispensing, checking and supply of medicines for homecare patients and work closely with pharmacists, prescribers and colleagues to ensure smooth hospital-to-home transitions and high standards of care.

Responsibilities include dispensing support, PN/Transcare/Avitum prescriptions setup, maintaining patient profiles and responding to prescription queries.
