Location: Basingstoke Dialysis Unit, Ringway Centre, 7 Edison Rd, Basingstoke RG21 6YH (Free parking)
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Mon‑Sat rota, 11.5‑hour shifts, no Sundays or night shifts)
Salary Band: £31,049 – £37,796 (dependent on experience)
Your Main Responsibilities
- Develop and expand theoretical knowledge and practical skills involved in caring for dialysis patients.
- Demonstrate competent patient assessment, coordinating with multidisciplinary team to ensure optimum care.
- Provide proactive mentorship within the unit, empowering staff and students with knowledge and skills.
- Maintain professional relationships with patients and Trust staff to enhance partnership and business excellence.
