We have a great opportunity for an experienced Pharmacist to join our team where you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Quality Management System, deviations, Corrective Actions & Preventative Actions (CAPA) and audits. You will provide technical expertise and support to the Aseptic manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
- Create and update formulations for hospital compounded nutrition bags
- Support and lead problem solving investigations with respect to sterility assurance and other quality issues.
- Take ownership of CAPA actions relating to Quality systems and verify CAPA implementation and effectiveness.
- Contributing to process development and validation, production of product specifications and stability statements.
- Contribute to on-going quality improvement e.g. monitoring and trending of errors, near-misses, deviations and environmental data.
Qualifications
- Proven experience of working as a Pharmacist
- Proven experience of working with QMS and GMP
- Proven experience of working within a commercial or NHS environment
- Auditing experience is desirable but not essential
- Experience of working within Aseptics is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communicator with attention to detail
- A methodical and organised approach to work
- Ability to work under pressure, take ownership and prioritise appropriately
