Location: Sheffield, S35 2PW (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days working from home)

Working Time: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday

Salary: £24.388 per annum

About The Internship

Our internship programme offers you the chance to gain hands-on experience in continuous improvement and operational excellence activities including business process analysis and improvement implementation. You\’ll work alongside our talented teams across the business, contributing to real projects and making a tangible impact. All while developing your skills and knowledge in a supportive environment and contributing to our mission to improve the health of people across the world.

Your Responsibilities

• Collating data and supporting the analysis of operational business processes to identify areas for improvement
• Completing time and motion studies
• Assisting the creation of process maps
• Providing administration and project coordination support

About You

Whether you\’re a student seeking a 12-month industrial placement, someone looking to take the first step in your career, or a professional looking to advance, this opportunity is perfect for you.

Ideally we are looking for someone with a full or partial Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) in a Business, Manufacturing or Technical related area. Experience working as part of a team, in a customer facing role and/or within something practical/technical would be advantageous.
