Are you a compassionate and proactive healthcare professional with a passion for continence, urology, and community care? Join our nursing service team and make a real difference in patients\’ lives while supporting partners and driving innovation in homecare.

As a Clinical Support Worker, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, ethical clinical care and education to patients and healthcare professionals. Working closely with our territory team, you’ll support service development, promote B. Braun products, and contribute to the growth of our nursing service.

  • Department: Urology & Continence, Homecare
  • Location: Field Based, Sheffield Area
  • Working Hours: 40 Hours Weekly
  • Contract: Permanent

Your main responsibilities:

  • Promoting our nursing service to potential customers
  • Identifying specific opportunities to support NHS staff
  • Delivering quality care to patients referred into our nursing service
  • Contributing to the education and support of key customers
  • Undertaking patient appliance use reviews
  • Promoting the clinical benefits of B Braun products to patients and clinicians
  • Providing clinical support to the sales team where appropriate
  • Maintaining accurate and up to date patient records

What you need to succeed:

  • Experience within a Healthcare Assistant role (or similar)
  • A working knowledge of continence and urology care
  • A self-started with the ability to work autonomously
  • Confidence building strong relationships with both colleagues and patients
  • Strong IT skills including MS Office
  • A full UK driving licence
