This is a pivotal role for a creative, commercially minded marketing leader who’s excited to shape a brand poised for national growth. Working closely with our Co‑Founder, you’ll design and deliver a 360° marketing strategy that grows our customer base, strengthens our brand, and champions an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints.

What You’ll Lead

  • Brand Development
    • Create our first comprehensive B Bagel Brand Book, building on our existing positioning and brand pillars.
  • Brand Leadership & Growth
    • Develop and execute end‑to‑end marketing strategies that drive awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue.
    • Ensure brand consistency across every customer interaction.
    • Oversee branding initiatives, ensuring they align with our identity and values.
  • Customer Acquisition & Digital Marketing
    • Manage campaigns across our three core sales channels: In‑store, Deliveroo/Home Delivery, Corporate orders (Slerp, Just Eat for Business, Feedr & more).
    • Deliver integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, paid media, offline activations, and local store marketing.
    • Optimise website, SEO, Google My Business, and paid media to drive reach and conversions.
    • Manage CRM and loyalty to deepen customer engagement and encourage repeat business.
  • Brand & Store Experience
    • Conduct regular store marketing audits to ensure a consistent, high‑quality brand experience.
    • Partner with Operations to execute marketing initiatives across all locations.
    • Produce in‑store marketing materials that align with our brand standards.
  • Campaigns, Advertising & Partnerships
    • Plan and deliver advertising campaigns, seasonal promos, and special events.
    • Collaborate with influencers, local businesses, and community partners.
    • Lead photoshoots and content creation for social, marketing assets, and product launches.
  • New Product Development
    • Drive NPD marketing from insight to launch with compelling campaigns, in‑store activation, and digital promotion.
    • Produce supporting materials that drive customer excitement and adoption.
  • Budget & Performance Management
    • Manage the marketing budget and ensure campaigns deliver strong ROI.
    • Analyse KPIs, track performance, and make data‑driven decisions.
    • Stay ahead of trends through market and competitor research.
