Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Manage and grow a warm desk with existing live vacancies and active client accounts
- Negotiate offers, manage the recruitment process, and successfully close deals
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity through the CRM system
- Deliver a high-quality consultative service to clients and candidates alike
