We’re looking for an experienced UX Designer who is excited about building a new digital dining platform that will power well-loved brands serving over 20 million meals to customers every year. As the sole UX Designer for the group, you’ll take the lead and own the end-to-end strategy and design decisions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conceptualising user experiences for new product features and redesigning existing ones.
- Turning feature requirements into user journeys and wireframes into clickable prototypes.
- Building and maintaining the design system.
- Leading onboarding experimentation and conducting user engagement surveys.
- Contributing to the maintenance of our UX personas and conducting usability testing and customer interviews.
- Designing new UX prototypes using tools such as Figma, Sketch, and the Adobe Suite.
- Collaborating with the Senior Product Manager and engineers on a wide array of research projects.
- Sharing research insights in creative ways to increase empathy.
- Running collaborative workshops and discovery sessions that are data-led.
