This is an on-site role that will require the successful candidate to be in our head office location 5 days a week.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and organised candidate to be front of house for Azzurri. We are seeking a candidate who has excellent written and verbal communication, is able to effectively prioritise, and who has a warm and friendly manner.
About the role
Receptionist
- Efficiently manage all incoming calls; answering calls promptly, politely and transferring accurately or taking messages
- Handle customer complaints courteously and ensure they are passed on as appropriate
- Greeting visitors in a warm, friendly manner and ensure they are attended to
- Managing and booking in external visitors with Capital House security
- Ensure the reception area is clean and tidy at all times
- Handling deliveries, organising couriers and transport as required
- Manage the booking of meeting rooms
- Ensure that the post is collected daily, distributed correctly, and outward post is franked and ready for collection
- Ensure all internal telephone lists and restaurant information is accurate at all times
- Ensure you are briefed and keep yourself fully informed of all developments within all Azzurri brands
- Organising twice weekly Coco di Mama breakfasts, and monthly lunches for Chapel Street and managing quantities
Office Coordinator
- Ensuring that the post room is tidy, organised and stocked with everyday stationery
- Office furniture – assessing whether we need new office furniture when requests come through, organising repairs and placing orders for new furniture
- Ordering and managing stationery / office supplies e.g. tea, coffee, milk, paper
- Managing supplies for the drinks fridge
- Main point of contact for the cleaners and ensuring that the office is cleaned to a high standard, and resolving any issues that are one-offs
- Keeping the office well maintained and tidy, encouraging staff to clear up when necessary
- Arranging recycling, and disposal of office items that cannot go into normal rubbish
- Managing the registration of new starters and leavers on the swipe card security system and keeping all information up to date
- Keeping up to date with and acknowledging calendar events, such as Halloween and Valentines Day
- Looking after the day-to-day office maintenance and arranging repairs when necessary through an online portal
- Arrange training for First Aiders and Fire Marshalls to be qualified in the office, including yourself
- Keeping First Aid log book up to date
- Assisting the QS team on health and safety requirements in the office
- Assisting with binding for board materials monthly
What will you bring?
- Prior experience in a receptionist, administrative or customer facing role desirable but not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flexible approach and welcoming manner
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Forward thinking & proactive
- Good knowledge of the whole Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great team player!
