As a group, our purpose is to build better food businesses that sustain happy, healthy lives. We are in this together, and we’re committed to providing an engaging, honest, and inspiring working environment for you to grow and develop your career. At Azzurri, we believe that a diverse and inclusive team is essential to building great relationships and connections, and ultimately a better business. If you’re passionate, want to make a positive impact and share our values, we would love to hear from you!
We’re looking for a Product Manager to help shape and deliver a next-generation digital platform for one of the UK’s leading restaurant groups. This is a brilliant opportunity to work on a greenfield, full-stack platform that powers customer and team experiences across well-loved brands. If you’re excited by building products at scale, solving real-world problems, and creating seamless dining experiences for millions, this role is for you. We believe our digital experience should be just as exceptional as everything else we serve.
Our Vision
We are building a flexible, scalable digital platform to power the future of dining across today’s channels and those yet to come. From Order and Pay at table to loyalty programmes like Zillionaires’ Club, we have already made strong progress. Customers value the convenience, control, and personalisation our products bring. But this is just the beginning. With an ambitious three-year roadmap, we are investing in creating industry-leading digital dining and loyalty experiences for both our customers and our teams.
The Opportunity
As Product Manager, you will play a key role in delivering this vision. You will work closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to build, optimise, and scale our digital platform, ensuring it delivers measurable value to both customers and the business. This is a hands-on role where you will drive delivery across a modern product stack, shape the roadmap alongside the Senior Product Manager, and collaborate with UX to create intuitive, high-quality experiences.
What You Will Be Doing
- Own and prioritise the product backlog
- Lead sprint planning and agile ceremonies
- Drive delivery from concept through to launch
- Support and optimise live products using data and customer feedback
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and stakeholders
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap development
What You Will Bring
We are looking for a well-rounded Product Manager who combines analytical thinking, strong communication, and a bias for action. You are naturally curious and enjoy solving complex problems, using data and insight to understand customer needs and identify opportunities to create value. You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and can bring clarity to complex situations, articulating ideas and decisions in a simple and compelling way. You build strong, trusted relationships across teams and with partners, enabling effective collaboration and delivery.
You think commercially and understand how to balance customer needs with business outcomes, always focusing on delivering meaningful results rather than just outputs. At the same time, you are empathetic, able to understand the perspectives of customers, engineers, and stakeholders alike. You take ownership, use your initiative, and are motivated to get things done. You can zoom out to see the bigger picture and contribute to a clear product vision and strategy, while also being comfortable working closely with engineers and navigating technical discussions.
We will be looking for you to show us that you share our Azzurri values - Do Better, Be Curious, Don’t Give up, Be Caring, and Be You.
What We Can Offer You:
- Competitive salary
- Annual bonus (10%)
- Employer pension contribution
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Income Protection & Life Assurance
- Access to WeCare wellbeing services and online GP for you and your family
- Cycle to Work scheme
- Interest free travel loan
- Eye care & flu vaccination vouchers
- 50% discount at ASK Italian, Coco di Mama, Dave’s Hot Chicken and Zizzi
Where We Work Together:
We have a great office designed by our own in-house creative team, located in Central London, just opposite the Edgware Road Circle line tube stop. As you might expect from a restaurant company, we have great, free espresso and some top-class baristas among our teams. A free Coco di Mama breakfast is provided every Tuesday and Thursday and free fruit is available all day every day. We regularly order in pizza, pasta and salads for lunch.
