Dave’s Hot Chicken started as a late-night parking lot pop-up—three friends, $900 and a portable fryer slinging hot chicken in East Hollywood. Known for its mind-blowing flavour and addictive heat, Dave’s is bringing the vibe to the UK—and they’re looking for bold, hype-driven people to join the team.

We’re not your typical quick-service restaurant. We are part of a bigger group of brands within the Azzurri Group and we are a premium, fast-growing brand with big ambitions — we opened our 1st UK site at Shaftesbury Avenue, London last year, and we’re opening 11+ new locations in the next 12 months across the UK and Ireland.

To fuel this growth, we need a dynamic, hands-on People Advisor who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, solve problems on the fly, and help build an outstanding employee experience from the ground up. This is a standalone role so you’ll be involved in all aspects of the employee lifecycle, but with the support of a small People Team at Group level.

  • Taking the lead on recruitment for all our new restaurant teams—finding great people fast.
  • Building and owning the bread and butter of HR: onboarding, payroll prep, benefits, ER casework, and systems.
  • Solid experience in a generalist HR or People Advisor role (hospitality or retail a plus).
  • Confident with employee relations and employment law.
  • Calm under pressure and ability to be flexible and agile.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a brand in scale-up mode where your ideas will shape how we work.
