The Azzurri Group is one of the UK’s largest and most successful hospitality investment platforms. We operate two leading national Italian full-service brands, Zizzi and ASK Italian, and the UK’s leading quick-service Italian, Coco di Mama. Beyond Italian cuisine, we boast renowned Irish fast casual Mexican restaurant brand Boojum, and the franchise rights to leading US Brand Dave’s Hot Chicken.

As a group, our purpose is to build better food businesses that sustain happy, healthy lives. At Azzurri, we believe that a diverse and inclusive team is essential to building great relationships and connections, and ultimately a better business. We’re looking for a Product Manager to help shape and deliver a next-generation digital platform for one of the UK’s leading restaurant groups. This is a brilliant opportunity to work on a greenfield, full-stack platform that powers customer and team experiences across well-loved brands.

If you’re excited by building products at scale, solving real-world problems, and creating seamless dining experiences for millions, this role is for you. We believe our digital experience should be just as exceptional as everything else we serve.

We are building a flexible, scalable digital platform to power the future of dining across today’s channels and those yet to come. With an ambitious three-year roadmap, we are investing in creating industry-leading digital dining and loyalty experiences for both our customers and our teams.

As Product Manager, you will play a key role in delivering this vision. You will work closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to build, optimise, and scale our digital platform, ensuring it delivers measurable value to both customers and the business. This is a hands-on role where you will drive delivery across a modern product stack, shape the roadmap alongside the Senior Product Manager, and collaborate with UX to create intuitive, high-quality experiences.

  • Lead sprint planning and agile ceremonies
  • Support and optimise live products using data and customer feedback
  • Contribute to product strategy and roadmap development

We are looking for a well-rounded Product Manager who combines analytical thinking, strong communication, and a bias for action. You are naturally curious and enjoy solving complex problems, using data and insight to understand customer needs and identify opportunities to create value.

Competitive salary • Annual bonus (10%) • Employer pension contribution • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays • Income Protection & Life Assurance • Access to WeCare wellbeing services and online GP for you and your family • Cycle to Work scheme • Interest free travel loan • Eye care & flu vaccination vouchers • 50% discount at ASK Italian, Coco di Mama, Dave’s Hot Chicken and Zizzi

We have a great office designed by our own in-house creative team, located in Central London, just opposite the Edgware Road Circle line tube stop. As you might expect from a restaurant company, we have great, free espresso and some top-class baristas among our teams. A free Coco di Mama breakfast is provided every Tuesday and Thursday and free fruit is available all day every day.
