Job Description

Delivery Manager (9-month FTC)

Location: Azzurri Head Office, London (hybrid working)

Contract: Full Time | 9 months fixed term

Reports to: Head of IT Programme Management & Information Security

The Azzurri Group is one of the UK’s largest and most successful hospitality investment platforms. We operate two leading national Italian full-service brands, Zizzi and ASK Italian, the UK’s leading quick-service Italian, Coco di Mama, renowned Irish fast-casual Mexican brand Boojum and, most recently, the world-famous, ‘mind-blowing’ fried chicken brand, Dave’s Hot Chicken.

Azzurri employs over 5,000 people, serving more than 20 million meals annually across 220+ restaurants and stores in the UK and Ireland.

Across all our brands, we’re on a mission to build better food businesses that sustain happy, healthy lives — serving better, with food businesses that nourish the needs of our people, our customers, our partners, and our planet.

We’re looking for a Delivery Manager to join our passionate, fast-moving Tech & Digital team and help us bring our product and infrastructure roadmaps to life.

You’ll work across a broad mix of projects — from Procurement and Supply Chain to HR, Finance and Operations — managing the successful delivery of technology and transformation initiatives that underpin our Group strategy.

Working closely with internal teams and third-party partners, you’ll roll your sleeves up and take the lead on planning, coordinating, and executing delivery — making sure our projects land on time, on budget and with real business impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Project planning & delivery - Build clear delivery plans and lead the day-to-day execution of digital and tech projects across the Group.
  • Requirements & analysis - Define, document, and communicate business and technical requirements that ensure everyone’s aligned from day one.
  • Stakeholder communication - Translate complexity into clarity. Use simple, effective communication to engage teams at every level of the business.
  • Vendor and team collaboration - Work hand-in-hand with third parties, cross-functional teams and service partners to make sure projects move seamlessly from plan to production.
  • Monitoring & reporting - Track and report progress, budgets, and risks — making smart recommendations and keeping everyone informed.
  • Testing & transition - Design end-to-end testing plans and ensure smooth handover into BAU or live service with our internal support teams or partners.

What We’re Looking For

We’re a small and agile team, so we’re after someone who is as comfortable thinking strategically as they are getting stuck in with the detail. You’ll be a collaborative and delivery-focused professional who builds strong relationships, communicates openly, and thrives on turning plans into action. Detail-oriented and entrepreneurial, you enjoy getting into the weeds to understand how things work and aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo to get results. You’re flexible in your approach, comfortable using a range of delivery methodologies and confident in technical conversations that help move projects forward. With proven experience in project or delivery management, ideally within hospitality, retail or similarly fast-paced sectors, you bring the practical know-how to lead digital and tech initiatives from start to finish.

What You’ll Get from Us

  • 6% pension contribution
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays (pro-rata)
  • Life assurance & income protection
  • WeCare – 24/7 GP, mental health & wellbeing support
  • 50% off dining, 25% for family & friends
  • Free barista coffee, Coco di Mama breakfast twice a week & regular lunch treats

Our Central London office, just opposite Edgware Road station, was designed by our in-house creative team to reflect our brands — warm, stylish, and full of energy. You’ll be based in the office 3 days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining 2.

If you’re ready to lead high-impact delivery in a dynamic, purpose-driven business — we’d love to hear from you.
