As our Restaurant Manager, you will be guiding a dynamic team of restaurant professionals with one common goal - to create a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Your day at Aqua:

  • Team guidance & development: Mentor and inspire a team of dedicated hospitality individuals. Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating team members to ensure top-notch service and smooth operations
  • Operational management: Manage the day-to-day running of the restaurant, scheduling rotas, creating promotional ideas and enhancing overall guest satisfaction

You will be paid £31,785.16 per year. In addition, you can be a part of the venues Tronc system, which may give you up to £21,465.60 extra per year. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
