- Ensure smooth clinical operations.

- Manage lab tests, inpatient care, sedation, dentistry, radiography, and lab equipment.
- Mentor junior staff and maintain high standards.

- Preferred skills include orthopaedic, chemotherapy, endoscopy nursing, and clinical coaching (training provided).
