We seek a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our Therapy Team, supporting pupils with communication difficulties, autism, developmental delays, trauma, ADHD, and related conditions.

Provide high-quality emotional and psychological support to enhance learning and wellbeing. Design and deliver staff training on neurodiversity-affirming approaches and therapeutic interventions, including mindfulness, CBT, and DBT. Lead clinical formulation, assess pupils' needs, and evaluate intervention outcomes using evidence-based practices.

Collaborate with education and therapy teams to develop and implement tailored strategies aligned with EHCPs. Promote inclusion, self-esteem, and independence by fostering positive interactions and resilience. Prepare reports for EHCP reviews and support pupils' social, emotional, and mental health needs.

Requirements include HCPC registration, experience with autism and developmental delays preferred, and work authorization in the UK. The role offers full-time, part-time, or permanent positions with benefits up to £44,738.50 per year.
