Responsibilities
- Ensure high patient care, maintain the practice's reputation, grow the patient base, manage finances, recruit staff, and oversee day-to-day operations.
- Support clinical and reception teams, supervise staff, ensure infection control, manage stock, and maintain a professional environment.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of dental experience, with a background in clinical dentistry or management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, and knowledge of CQC standards.
