We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our Therapy Team, supporting pupils with communication difficulties, autism, developmental delays, trauma, ADHD, and related conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality emotional and psychological support to enhance classroom learning and wellbeing.
  • Design and deliver staff training on neurodiversity‑affirming approaches and therapeutic interventions.
  • Lead formulation processes and implement evidence‑based therapies such as mindfulness, CBT, and DBT (excluding ABA).
  • Collaborate with the Therapy and Education Teams to develop tailored interventions aligned with EHCPs.
  • Assess pupils' needs, evaluate outcomes, and promote inclusion, self-esteem, and resilience.
  • Contribute to reports and EHCP reviews, and support staff training to foster a positive emotional culture.

Qualifications:

  • Requirements include HCPC registration, UK work authorisation, and experience with relevant conditions.
