We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our Therapy Team, supporting pupils with communication difficulties, autism, developmental delays, trauma, ADHD, and related conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality emotional and psychological support to enhance classroom learning and wellbeing.
- Design and deliver staff training on neurodiversity‑affirming approaches and therapeutic interventions.
- Lead formulation processes and implement evidence‑based therapies such as mindfulness, CBT, and DBT (excluding ABA).
- Collaborate with the Therapy and Education Teams to develop tailored interventions aligned with EHCPs.
