Core topics cover shock management, fluid therapy, emergencies, neurological trauma, surgical labs, ultrasound, clinical reasoning, teamwork, and night work adaptation.
Post-training, you can work full‑time (30–40 hours/week) with flexible rota options supporting work‑life balance.
During training, salary starts at £42,250, rising to up to £60,000 after week 8.
