We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our Therapy Team, supporting pupils with communication difficulties, autism, developmental delays, trauma, ADHD, and related conditions.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality emotional and psychological support to enhance classroom learning and pastoral care.
- Design and deliver training to staff on neurodiversity-affirming approaches and therapeutic interventions.
- Lead formulation of pupils’ difficulties, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and implement evidence-based therapies such as mindfulness, CBT, and DBT.
- Assess psychological needs, plan and evaluate interventions, and monitor outcomes.
- Support inclusive practices, promote pupil engagement, and contribute to EHCP development and reviews.
- Work closely with education staff to develop tailored strategies aligned with pupils’ needs.
Qualifications
HCPC registration is required. Experience in supporting neurodiverse and vulnerable pupils is preferred.
