We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our Therapy Team, supporting pupils with communication difficulties, autism, developmental delays, trauma, ADHD, and related conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality emotional and psychological support to enhance classroom learning and pastoral care.
  • Design and deliver training to staff on neurodiversity-affirming approaches and therapeutic interventions.
  • Lead formulation of pupils’ difficulties, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and implement evidence-based therapies such as mindfulness, CBT, and DBT.
  • Assess psychological needs, plan and evaluate interventions, and monitor outcomes.
  • Support inclusive practices, promote pupil engagement, and contribute to EHCP development and reviews.
  • Work closely with education staff to develop tailored strategies aligned with pupils’ needs.

Qualifications

HCPC registration is required. Experience in supporting neurodiverse and vulnerable pupils is preferred.
