We are seeking a part-time experienced dental nurse for a 10-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave, starting in August 2026 (earlier start possible). Working hours are Tuesday to Thursday, 08:30 to 17:30, totaling 24 hours/week, with flexibility for additional days if needed.

The role requires a recognized dental nursing qualification, active GDC registration, and at least 1 year of experience. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, a caring approach, and support team dynamics. Knowledge of R4 or reception experience is advantageous but training is provided.

Main duties include chairside support, decontamination, maintaining records, and assisting the team. The practice is fully computerised with digital x-rays, located on Wingham High Street with free parking.

Pay starts from £15/hour, with benefits including free onsite parking. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK and be able to commute or relocate to Canterbury CT3 1AA.
