We are seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our specialist community supporting adults with neurological conditions, including ABI and progressive disorders. Reporting to the Deputy Manager, you will manage a caseload, deliver evidence-based interventions, conduct assessments, and develop personalised treatment plans.

Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, you will supervise support staff, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to service development and quality improvement.

Applicants should have an HCPC-registered degree, strong communication skills, and a flexible, person-centred approach. Experience in neurorehabilitation and supervising staff is desirable.
