Are you an experienced Dental Nurse seeking a leadership role? We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Dental Nurse at our Hastings practice. In this role, you will balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on nursing. No prior experience as a Lead Nurse? Full training and support are provided. You’ll collaborate with a skilled team of NHS and private dentists and hygienists, gaining diverse clinical exposure.
Responsibilities:
- Balance leadership responsibilities with chairside nursing.
- Manage infection control.
- Support and mentor trainee nurses.
- Oversee stock control.
- Conduct audits and maintain high clinical standards.
- Work closely with a team of NHS and private dentists and hygienists.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:45am–5:15pm.
