Are you an experienced Dental Nurse seeking a leadership role? We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Dental Nurse at our Hastings practice. In this role, you will balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on nursing. No prior experience as a Lead Nurse? Full training and support are provided. You’ll collaborate with a skilled team of NHS and private dentists and hygienists, gaining diverse clinical exposure.

Responsibilities:

  • Balance leadership responsibilities with chairside nursing.
  • Manage infection control.
  • Support and mentor trainee nurses.
  • Oversee stock control.
  • Conduct audits and maintain high clinical standards.
  • Work closely with a team of NHS and private dentists and hygienists.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:45am–5:15pm.
