We are seeking a compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our Therapy Team, supporting pupils with communication difficulties, autism, developmental delays, trauma, and ADHD.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality emotional and psychological support to enhance classroom learning and pastoral care.
- Design and implement neurodiversity-affirming therapeutic approaches, including mindfulness, CBT, and DBT.
- Lead formulation of pupils' difficulties, collaborating with therapy and education teams.
- Assess pupils' needs, plan interventions, evaluate outcomes, and promote inclusion and self-esteem.
- Provide staff training and develop school-wide approaches to emotional wellbeing.
- Prepare reports for EHCPs and contribute to reviews.
