We are seeking an experienced, confident dentist to join a busy NHS urgent care centre in Woolston, Southampton, focusing on emergency and stabilisation services.

Deliver high-volume emergency dentistry, typically seeing 35–45 patients daily from NHS referrals, walk-ins, and stabilisation cases. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, making quick, sound clinical decisions without compromising care. Meet daily UDA targets with potential for overachievement pay, with no penalties for underperformance.

Applicants must be GDC registered with an NHS performer number, possess urgent care experience (desirable), and have up-to-date indemnity and immunisations. Strong communication skills and the ability to work at pace are essential.
