This role offers a structured, fully supported pathway into Emergency and Critical Care (ECC) through the Cutting Edge programme, including world-class CPD, seminars, practical sessions, and clinical mentorship.
Program Highlights
- 250 hours of specialist ECC CPD
- 8-week interactive training with hands-on experience
- Training at a central hub in Scotland (accommodation provided)

- Core learning areas include shock management, fluid therapy, respiratory and cardiac emergencies, neurological trauma, surgical labs, ultrasound, clinical reasoning, and team communication.
After training, you’ll work in an ECC clinic with flexible rotas (30–40 hours/week), designed to support work-life balance. Compensation includes a training salary of £42,250 for 8 weeks, rising to £60,000 from week 9, along with benefits like private medical insurance, enhanced sick pay, generous leave, paid birthday and volunteer days, CPD allowance, and professional memberships.
