We are seeking a qualified Speech & Language Therapist (NHS Band 7) for a part‑time, permanent role based in Lingfield, Surrey, working 22.5 hours weekly during term time.
- Manage a diverse caseload delivering person‑centred assessments and interventions for children and young people with complex needs, including epilepsy, autism, and PMLD.
- Assess and implement AAC systems, providing training to staff and families to promote effective communication.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to support functional communication and independence, contributing to service development and quality improvement.
- Complete EHCP reports and deliver both individual and group therapy sessions tailored to EHCP outcomes.
- Require HCPC registration, significant experience with SEND populations, and expertise in AAC assessment/intervention. The role offers professional development, a supportive team, and resources to make a meaningful impact on young people's lives.
