We seek an Experienced Dental Practice Manager to lead a friendly, modern dental team in Ramsey, Isle of Man.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring high‑quality patient care and maintaining the practice's reputation
- Driving growth and achieving financial KPIs
- Managing staff recruitment, inductions and daily operations
- Supporting clinical and reception teams and managing private targets
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
- Overseeing compliance with CQC (if applicable)
Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in a dental setting
- Strong leadership, communication skills and computer literacy
