We seek a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our Therapy Team, supporting pupils with communication difficulties, autism, developmental delays, trauma, ADHD, and related conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality emotional and psychological support to enhance learning and wellbeing.
- Design and deliver staff training on neurodiversity-affirming approaches.
- Implement evidence-based therapies such as mindfulness, CBT, and DBT, aligned with pupils' EHCPs.
- Lead formulation and collaborate with the Therapy and Education Teams to develop tailored interventions.
- Assess needs, evaluate outcomes, and promote inclusion, self-esteem, and resilience.
- Contribute to EHCP reports and reviews, ensuring therapeutic approaches support pupils’ social, emotional, and mental health needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge in Clinical Psychology and oversee therapy implementation across the school.
