An exciting opportunity for an Educational Psychologist (EP) to support academically able students within a multi-disciplinary team across three specialist settings in Worcestershire. We welcome EPs with at least two years of post-graduate experience, though applications from less experienced EPs will be considered.
The role offers funded training, supervision, and career development, with flexible options for full-time, part-time, or term-time only work. The main site provides a low sensory environment for students with autism, anxiety, or sensory needs. Other sites include a post-16 provision and a future site opening in 2026.
The EP will assess student needs, develop personalized support plans, deliver direct and indirect therapy, and train staff to embed strategies. An understanding of masking and trauma is essential.
