We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our Therapy Team, supporting pupils with communication difficulties, autism, developmental delays, trauma, ADHD, and related conditions.
Provide high-quality emotional and psychological support to enhance classroom learning and wellbeing. Design and deliver staff training on neurodiversity-affirming approaches and therapeutic strategies. Lead formulation and implement evidence-based interventions such as mindfulness, CBT, and DBT, aligned with pupils’ EHCPs.
Collaborate closely with the Education and Therapy Teams to develop tailored support plans and assess intervention outcomes. Promote inclusion, resilience, and emotional wellbeing across the school community. Maintain up-to-date knowledge in clinical psychology and contribute to EHCP reports and reviews.
