Join a structured, fully supported pathway into Emergency and Critical Care (ECC) as a Veterinary Surgeon. The Cutting Edge programme offers world‑class CPD, interactive seminars, hands‑on practical sessions, and personalised mentorship to develop your ECC skills and confidence.
Highlights include:
- 250 hours of specialist‑led CPD
- An 8‑week training course
- Clinical experience guided by senior clinicians
Core topics cover shock management, fluid therapy, emergencies, trauma, ultrasound, and clinical decision‑making.
Post‑programme, you can work flexible hours (30–40 per week) in an ECC clinic with a supportive rota. Starting salary is £42,250 during training, rising to £60,000 after.
Benefits include private medical insurance, generous leave, birthday day off, CPD allowance, pension, and more.
Applicants should have at least six months’ small animal experience and be comfortable working solo. The next intake begins 17th August 2026.
