We are seeking a qualified Speech & Language Therapist (NHS Band 7) for a part‑time, permanent role based in Lingfield, Surrey, working 22.5 hours weekly during term time.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Manage a diverse caseload of children with complex needs, delivering person‑centred assessments and interventions to support communication, independence, and quality of life.
- Plan and deliver individual and group therapy, review EHCP targets, and assess AAC systems, including powered and paper‑based supports.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, provide staff and family training, and contribute to service development.
- Require HCPC registration, extensive experience in SEND, strong AAC skills, and confidence with EHCP processes.
