We are seeking a dedicated NMC registered nurse in the Torbay area to join our healthcare team.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and administer medications (S/C, IM, or IV) as prescribed.
- Monitor vital signs and respond to patient needs in a timely and safe manner.
- Support patients and their families to understand treatments and care plans.
- Work across diverse settings including clinics, patients' homes, schools, and residential accommodations.
- Assist elderly, disabled, or vulnerable patients to manage treatments independently and conveniently.
Requirements
- Current NMC registration.
- Experience administering S/C, IM, or IV medications.
- SACT experience.
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Ability to work autonomously.
