We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our Therapy Team, supporting pupils with communication difficulties, autism, developmental delays, trauma, ADHD, and related conditions.

Provide high-quality emotional and psychological support to enhance classroom learning and wellbeing. Design, deliver, and evaluate therapeutic interventions using evidence-based approaches, including neurodiversity affirming methods, mindfulness, CBT, and DBT. Lead formulation processes and collaborate closely with education and therapy teams. Train staff, develop wellbeing strategies, and contribute to EHCP planning and reviews. Assess psychological needs, promote inclusion, and foster resilience among pupils.

Requirements: HCPC registration, experience with autism and related conditions preferred, UK work authorisation.
