Help build a category-defining platform powering Europe's first user-owned portfolio of compact luxury homes. We’re rebuilding vacation-home ownership for people who thought it was out of reach. A rare product that blends fintech, hospitality & real estate. Build the brand and the growth engine with the founders.

About us:

Well-funded startup building a digital co-ownership platform alongside a portfolio of compact designer homes (2-bedroom villas or apartments). We serve mass-affluent, active travellers (cyclists, skiers, etc.) from large cities who return to a select few year-round hotspots like Mallorca, Austria, Italy and Portugal.

Requirements:

  • 2–6 years in brand/growth/GTM, ideally for premium consumer, lifestyle, hospitality, or D2C (fast-paced, analytical-creative roles a plus)
  • Creative taste + copy strength: you know “understated premium” but can pair it with bold, attention-earning ideas; can produce or direct others to get it there
  • Analytical rigor, maker energy and low-ego ownership
  • Interest in real estate, architecture or hospitality
  • Bonus: PR/lifestyle media ties; built a brand or personal following (10k+); launched side projects with traction

What you’ll do:

  • Rare opportunity to build a mass-luxury lifestyle brand from the ground up, combining the credibility and trust of a fintech product with the emotion and exclusivity of a hospitality experience
  • Turn strategy into standout creative, press-worthy moments, and qualified demand
  • Define our tone of voice and narrative; make “compact homes” feel premium, real, and desirable
  • Build the content engine and create assets yourself or brief/manage designers
  • Launch multi-channel campaigns with clear hypotheses and targets
  • Build repeatable content frameworks and growth loops
  • Activate club and lifestyle partnerships (cycling/ski communities, travel/luxury brands)
