Company Overview People deserve to own their vacations. We’re launching Europe’s first user‑owned portfolio of compact, designer vacation homes We target mass‑affluent travellers with active lifestyles (cyclists, skiers, etc.) from large cities who frequently return to a select few year‑round hotspots, like Mallorca and Austria Our concept is small‑scale, luxury real estate (2‑bedroom villas or apartments), which we build using modular technology or renovate We are a well‑funded stealth startup operating at the intersection of real estate, fintech and hospitality, currently building our founding team to deliver the first 3 locations this year Requirements At least 2 years in a fast‑paced professional environment (VC‑funded startups, Investment banking, MBB consulting) Demonstrable interest in real estate, architecture or hospitality Ability to own and juggle multiple, fast‑paced work‑streams Strategic thinking and independent execution in an environment of ambiguity Fluent in English with additional fluency in German and/or Italian preferred Willingness to travel across our European vacation locations (Mallorca, Austria, Portugal, Italy) Legal working rights in the UK or the European Union Tasks Support founders/CEOs on high‑priority strategic initiatives, go‑to‑market activities, and operations Build relationships with real estate agents and local partners to drive our real estate pipeline Provide recommendations for process automation for repetitive tasks with the use of software (AI tools) Conduct market research to shape product and business strategy Manage investor relations and real estate lender conversations Benefits Competitive including equity Company laptop and private medical insurance Unlimited holidays Fully remote set up with regular in‑person meetings in London and Mallorca #J-18808-Ljbffr
