Salary £60,000‑70,000 depending on level and experience, plus bonus and benefits. The company is 80+ people strong and is scaling with AI‑driven SaaS products for MGAs.

Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain clear, concise, and engaging documentation for internal and external audiences.
- Interview key stakeholders and subject matter experts to extract and translate technical knowledge.
- Work with technical teams to understand systems, architecture, and workflows.
- Develop user guides and knowledge‑base content to help clients and users self‑serve.
- Create internal and external training materials from guides to interactive sessions and visual content.
- Establish and maintain documentation standards, templates, and version‑control practices.
- Continuously improve the accessibility and impact of documentation across media formats.
- Collaborate with product and delivery teams to keep documentation aligned with product evolution.
- Support onboarding by producing training resources for new clients and team members.
- Advocate best practices in knowledge management across the organization.
Required skills and experience:
- Proven experience creating technical documentation and training materials, ideally in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in plain English for different audiences.
- Experience interviewing stakeholders and translating discussions into structured documentation.
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to tone, accuracy, and structure.
- Experience using documentation tools (e.g. Confluence, Microsoft Office, Markdown).
- Familiarity with video or visual documentation formats (e.g. walkthroughs, diagrams, screencasts).
- Understanding of software development or Salesforce ecosystems is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to work independently while collaborating across teams and disciplines.
- Excellent time management and organization skills – balancing multiple documentation streams.
- Comfortable working in an agile, iterative environment.
- Experience producing documentation or training content for Salesforce or similar enterprise platforms.
- Exposure to the insurance industry.
- Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Miro, or video editing software.
- Experience designing and delivering workshops or onboarding sessions.
- Experience implementing or managing a documentation portal or knowledge base.
