Azumi is hiring a strategic, content-savvy Social Media Manager to manage our central brand channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok), helping shape and elevate the digital presence of the Azumi group with bold storytelling, smart insights, and trend-driven creativity. Our Azumi group collection includes the Zuma, ROKA, Oblix, Etaru and Inko Nito brands.

What you will do

  • Craft and own the content strategy for Azumi’s central LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube channels
  • Drive channel growth through compelling, social-first storytelling
  • Build and maintain a dynamic content calendar that balances brand storytelling, hospitality culture and audience engagement
  • Edit and publish short-form video content natively for TikTok and YouTube Shorts
  • Collaborate with global and regional brand teams to adapt and amplify content across all Azumi brands
  • Spot trends, translate them into brand-appropriate content ideas, and move quickly to execute
  • Work closely with our production agency to develop episodic video for YouTube
  • Provide creative briefs and direction to local content teams
  • Track performance using platform analytics, providing insights and recommendations to the Global Head of Brand & Communications

What we look for

  • 1+ years’ experience managing social media channels – particularly TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Hands-on editing skills with tools like InShot, CapCut, Canva or Adobe Rush
  • A creative thinker with a sharp eye for platform trends and brand tone
  • Confident in adapting content to suit different platforms and audiences
  • Collaborative, curious, and able to move at the pace of a global brand
  • Passionate about hospitality, lifestyle, and storytelling that resonates
  • Based in London and open to occasional international travel
  • Please note - this role is based in Office 5 days per week
