Job Description
Azumi is hiring a Regional Talent Acquisition Manager for our UK & EU collection across London, France, Greece, Italy and Spain. As the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager for the UK & EU, you’ll lead the recruitment strategy for some of the world’s most celebrated restaurant brands, including Zuma, Roka, Oblix and Inko Nito.
You’ll partner with senior leaders across the region to attract, develop, and retain extraordinary people. This role is hands-on and highly visible, designed for a Talent Acquisition Leader who thrives on pace, creativity, and results.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the full regional recruitment strategy for the UK & EU, aligning hiring plans with business growth and seasonal demands
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team that sets the benchmark for mastery
- Partner with regional leadership on high-impact hiring, succession, and workforce planning
- Oversee all openings and seasonal campaigns, from luxury flagship launches to mountain and costal venues
- Own regional data, systems, and reporting, turning insights into action
- Activate our Employer Brand and EVP across digital channels, partnerships, and events, embracing the energy and brand at all candidate touch points
- Manage budgets, vendors, and process optimisation with precision and accountability
