p Azumi is looking for a qualified strong Financial Controller /strong to take responsibility for financial control and performance across our UK and European restaurant portfolio. /p p br /p p This is a hands-on role for someone who likes being close to the business. Youll combine strong technical financial control with commercial analysis and business partnering in a fast-paced, multi-site hospitality environment, working with our Head of FP A and senior operational leaders to maintain strong financial governance and help our restaurants perform at their best. /p p br /p p strong What youll be doing /strong /p ul li Working with senior operational teams on P L ownership, analysis and financial insight /li li Partnering across Operations, Supply Chain and Marketing to find ways to improve financial performance /li li Tracking performance against key KPIs and turning the numbers into clear, actionable commercial insight /li li Supporting financial planning for new restaurant openings and building models for business cases /li li Managing budget and forecast submissions as part of the global FP A process /li li Producing accurate, timely monthly management accounts (P L, balance sheet and cash flow) with clear commentary /li li Maintaining strong internal controls and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards /li li Overseeing day-to-day financial processes, including accounting, treasury and tax compliance /li li Delivering reporting in line with group and regulatory requirements, and supporting the global audit process /li /ul p br /p p strong What were looking for /strong /p ul li ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent) /li li Minimum five years experience in senior finance roles; hospitality, retail or another multi-site consumer business is a plus /li li Strong working knowledge of ERP platforms, financial systems and data analysis tools /li li Confidence using data to spot trends and support decisions /li li The ability to turn financial information into practical insight for non-finance colleagues /li li A commercial, curious mindset, and the confidence to challenge constructively /li li Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to build strong relationships with senior operational leaders /li /ul p br /p p strong Why join us /strong /p p Youll join a global hospitality group behind some of the worlds best-known restaurant brands, including Zuma, ROKA, Oblix and INKO NITO.
