Azumi Group is currently looking for a Cost Control and System Manager to join our central Finance team, based in our London head office. This is a global role, supporting all Azumi locations worldwide.

As the Cost Control and System Manager, you will be responsible for leading cost control initiatives and managing key business systems, including the configuration and maintenance of our Fourth Inventory system. Working across departments—Finance, Purchasing, Operations—you will ensure our systems support strong profitability and process integrity, while playing a pivotal role in the setup of new restaurant openings globally.

Our ideal candidate will bring a blend of commercial acumen, systems expertise, and a collaborative mindset. You will be the point of contact for Fourth, manage cost-related data accuracy across systems, and work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic roadmaps for improvement.

Main Duties

  • Cost Control Leadership: Provide strategic direction on cost initiatives to support profitability across all sites.
  • Systems Management: Manage Azumi’s Fourth Inventory system, ensuring accurate setup, maintenance, and alignment with POS.
  • New Openings Project Management: Lead system configuration and cost process setup for all new restaurant launches.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, Purchasing, and Operations to streamline data and reporting.
  • Process & SOP Development: Design and implement effective business processes and ensure adoption across regions.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the key liaison with our external accountancy function and internal teams.
  • Data Integrity & Reporting: Ensure accurate cost tracking, system reporting, and audit readiness.
  • Technology Innovation: Drive adoption of new tools and automation to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.

  • Proven experience in a cost control or systems-focused role within a multi-site hospitality or retail business.
  • A deep understanding of inventory systems—preferably Fourth—and their integration with POS.
  • Strong project management capabilities and ability to lead new system implementations across multiple locations.
  • An analytical mind and attention to detail, with a passion for improving processes and data quality.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset—you work well across functions and cultures.
