As we continue to expand globally, we are seeking a Design Manager to support the development of new restaurants and ensure the integrity of our brand environments worldwide.
Reporting to the Group Head of Design and Projects, the Design Manager will oversee interior design projects delivered by external design studios, ensuring that each project meets both brand expectations and operational excellence. This role sits at the intersection of design, operations, and project delivery, helping bring new restaurants to life across some of the world’s most exciting locations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of global restaurant design projects in partnership with external design studios
- Develop design briefs and ensure concepts align with brand identity, guest experience, and operational requirements
- Act as the key liaison between internal teams and external partners, guiding projects through design review and approvals
- Ensure operational functionality is fully integrated into design, including kitchen layout, back-of-house planning, utilities, acoustics, and guest flow
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, resolving challenges as they arise
- Support sourcing of specialist materials, onboarding of design partners, and attendance at key site visits and project milestones
In this role you will:

- Ensure operational requirements are seamlessly integrated into design concepts
- Build strong relationships with external design studios and internal stakeholders
- Maintain consistency and quality across global restaurant projects
