Business Development Representative – French speaker
As Business Development Representative, you will play an important role within the sales and marketing organization, qualifying and generating leads, prospecting for new clients and developing and executing sales campaigns.
Join our dynamic and growing EMEA team. This is an individual contributor role that reports to the BDR Director.
Location: London, UK or Remote UK.
What You’ll Do (aka Responsibilities)
- Generate new discovery calls and qualified pipeline for the sales team through outbound prospecting efforts: account planning and research, messaging, list building, and cadence execution (e-mail, phone calls, social selling).
- Leverage tools such as LinkedIn to network with prospects and educate our market on Azul.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly metrics (opportunity creation and progression).
- Gain/Deepen business knowledge by researching how different businesses operate, leadership structures, pain points and challenges.
- Understand prospect pain points, gather technical requirements and correlate business value to customer needs.
- Pipeline organization and collaboration with Account Executives and Sales Directors for qualified meetings.
- Enjoy autonomy, receive coaching and have opportunities to own your success.
- Occasional travel within the region.
What You’ll Bring (aka Experience, Skills Education)
- B2B telephone lead generation (minimally 1 year)
- IT or Software Solutions sales, highly desired
- Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce.com, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6Sense and Drift (preferred).
- Passion for outbound sales, cold calling and prospecting.
- Ability to engage at all levels within businesses from Enterprise to mid-market across sectors.
- High energy, results oriented, self-motivated, team player with an out-of-the-box mindset.
- Excellent communication, listening, presentation, and writing skills.
- Exceptional organization and multi-tasking skills, adaptable to changing priorities and capable of maintaining accurate call records.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with a stable work history.
- Resilience in handling objections and rejection.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Self-motivation and ability to motivate teammates.
- Language: Business English and Native French
