Senior Architect in Windsor

Senior Architect Windsor Up to £65,000 An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Architect to join a growing architectural practice based in Windsor. The practice is looking for a confident Architect with strong design and technical capabilities, who has experience working across residential and commercial projects. You will play a key role in delivering projects, managing client relationships and contributing to the continued development of the practice. There is a clear progression pathway into an Associate and ultimately Partner position, offering the opportunity to take on increased responsibility, develop leadership skills and play a greater role in the direction of the business. Key responsibilities for this Senior Architect role: Lead and manage architectural projects across residential and commercial sectors, from concept through to completion. Oversee design development, technical delivery and project coordination. Manage client relationships and liaise with consultants and contractors. Produce and review detailed drawings, specifications and technical information using Revit. Coordinate project teams, programmes and resources. Support and mentor junior members of the team. Contribute to the continued growth and development of the practice. Take on increasing leadership and business development responsibilities as you progress towards Associate and Partner level. Key requirements for this Senior Architect role: Qualified Architect with proven experience in a Senior Architect or similar position. Strong design, technical and project delivery experience. Experience working across residential and commercial projects. Experience managing projects across multiple RIBA stages. Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
