Aztrum is proud to be working in partnership with a highly respected, multidisciplinary design practice with teams spanning Architecture, Landscape Architecture, and Interior Design. With studios across the UK, and a growing team of over 100 creative professionals, the practice is renowned for delivering impactful, community-focused design solutions.
As my client looks to grow, they are looking for a talented Urban Designer with strong graphical skills and hands-on Vectorworks experience to join their collaborative studio. You will contribute to a variety of residential and mixed-use projects, from concept through to planning. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and technically skilled designer to play a key role in shaping high-quality urban environments.
Key Responsibilities for this Urban Designer role:- Develop and communicate design concepts for residential-led masterplans and urban design frameworks
- Produce high-quality visuals, diagrams, and presentation materials
- Prepare planning and design reports
- Work collaboratively with architects, planners, and other consultants
- Use Vectorworks to produce accurate and visually compelling drawings
- Minimum 3 years of relevant urban design experience, ideally in residential or mixed-use projects
- Proficiency in Vectorworks is essential
- Strong graphical skills with an eye for detail and layout
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A degree in Urban Design, Architecture, or related discipline
