A well-established and growing planning consultancy is seeking an Associate Town Planner to join its Cornwall-based team as part of a strategic growth hire. Requirements
- Chartered Town Planner / RTPI member
- Extensive, well-rounded planning experience
- Strong commercial awareness within consultancy and development environments
- Full UK driving licence (some flexibility may be considered)
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and delivering planning projects from inception through to completion
- Preparing planning appraisals, applications, and appeals
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members while contributing to business growth
- Representing clients at planning committees and appeal hearings
