The ideal Town Planner will:
- Be a chartered Planner and RTPI member
- Have broad and substantial planning experience
- Have strong commercial awareness of consultancy and development processes
- Have a full driving licence (exceptions may be considered)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage planning projects from inception to completion
- Prepare appraisals, planning applications, and appeal documentation
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
