Aztrum is pleased to be working alongside a well-established and design-led architectural practice based in Tamworth. Known for delivering high-quality projects across large-scale residential, mixed-use, commercial, and masterplanning sectors, the practice is looking to appoint a talented Architect with strong Revit proficiency to support their growing workload.
This is an excellent opportunity for a well-rounded Architect with experience across all RIBA stages, who is confident leading projects, engaging with clients, and contributing to both design and technical delivery.
Key responsibilities for the Architect:- Lead projects across RIBA Stages 1–6 from feasibility through to completion.
- Produce and coordinate design and technical packages using Revit.
- Manage client relationships and lead design workshops.
- Support planning submissions and delivery of large-scale residential and mixed-use schemes.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Contribute to BIM processes and digital workflows within the practice.
- Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and sustainability targets.
- ARB registered Architect.
- Strong proficiency in Revit (essential).
- Proven experience across all RIBA work stages.
- Experience within large-scale residential, mixed-use, or commercial projects.
- Strong design and technical delivery capability.
- Experience working with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and sustainability standards (e.g. BREEAM).
- Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
