You\’ll work on a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects, delivering crucial advice on whole life carbon, circular economy strategies, and materials performance. The role offers a competitive salary of £50,000 – £60,000 and a flexible hybrid work model, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and collaborating in our London office. What You\’ll Be Doing: * Leading on Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs) using tools like OneClick LCA or eTool, ensuring compliance with guidance from LETI, RICS, and the GLA. * Conducting Whole Life Carbon (WLC) analysis for a variety of developments. * Developing circular economy statements and materials strategies to minimize environmental impact. * Contributing to planning submissions with detailed sustainability statements and carbon reports. * Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, from architects to MEP engineers, to embed sustainable practices from a project\’s inception to its completion. * Keeping up-to-date with the latest sustainability legislation and best practices, particularly within the UK and London\’s policy landscape. * Communicating complex technical findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. What You\’ll Bring: * A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Science, Sustainability, or Engineering). * Proven experience in conducting LCAs for built environment projects. * Familiarity with key LCA tools such as OneClick LCA or eTool. * A strong understanding of UK planning policy and frameworks, including GLA guidance, LETI targets, and the RIBA 2030 Climate Challenge. * Experience working in a consultancy environment, ideally within building services or sustainability. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills. * The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
